The Firm Successfully Represents Three Municipalities in Affordable Housing Litigation

The firm has represented Point Pleasant, Stafford Township, and Barnegat Township with regard to litigation initiated by the New Jersey Fair Share Housing Council. The litigation involved the municipalities’ requirement to provide a plan for a sufficient number of affordable housing units within their respective communities. The resolution of litigation has been approved by the Honorable Mark Troncone, J.S.C. as a result of municipalities have greatly benefited from the firms representations and expertise in this area of the law.
