The Firm Secures Victory for the Lakewood Township Planning Board

The firm has successfully defended the Lakewood Township Planning Board in Litigation initiated by an adjoining property owner to a developer which received Planning Board approval to construct a hotel in Lakewood. The firm successfully defended the actions and decisions of the Planning Board in granting the approval. As a result of the decisions of the Planning Board, which were upheld by the Honorable Marlene Lynch-Ford, assignment Judge for the Ocean County vicinage, a hotel and associated facilities will be constructed in Lakewood Township by a nationally recognized hotel developer, to the benefit of the Township taxpayers and citizens.
