Mr. Murphy founded the firm in 1984 along with Mr. Dasti. Mr. Murphy is a seasoned civil litigator and was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Trial Certifications as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Murphy’s areas of practice include civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, slip and falls, business litigation, and workers compensation. Mr. Murphy has extensive trial experience having tried cases in both state and federal court.
